Its Been A While

Its been quite some time since I have posted. Life has been super busy. We have settled into life in The Woodlands. I have been lucky enough to still be able to stay at home with Finley. I am working part time from home as a sales assistant to a local tech service. Brian is working hard every day. Finley is growing so much! She can sit up on her own, though I have to keep a close eye on her. She is eating baby food. She eats everything and a whole lot. I'm lucky she is not a picky eater. Can you believe she is 6 months old?! Time flies. She is now 14.5 lbs (20th percentile) and 26.5 inches long (90th percentile). She also got her first tooth last week! Before I know it she will be crawling like her cousin. She really likes playing with Everleigh. They have their own form of communication. Finley has enjoyed visits from both sets of grandparents and her sis. Now my big task is getting rid of this baby weight! We go jogging every morning with our jogging stroller. I know everyone wants pictures! They start with the most recent and go back to Feb.! I promise to post more often!

Two Months

A lot has been going on since Finley's birth! My 8 weeks of maternity leave flew by. Finley has grown into such a cute little baby. She is starting to talk, smile, and laugh. And she is a trooper. We went to Nashvillie for ten days to see Grandpa and Grammie for Christmas. Thats an eight hour drive! We were home for five days and left for Houston so Brian could start his job. The three of us lived in a hotel room for two weeks! Then Finley had her first plane ride... she liked it. I was a little nervous since it was just the two of us. But we survived. So now we are back home without Brian, waiting to move to Houston officially. We've had a blood-in-the-poop scare but the doctor says she's okay. She is now 9lbs 13.5 oz- 25th percentile. She's little. But she's 23in long- 75th percentile. She's going to be tall like her parents maybe! Here are some pics!
